Our
menu reflects our desire to serve the freshest and the best whenever
possible. We serve NC antibiotic and hormone free pork. Our trout is
from Sunburst Farms in Canton,
NC also free from hormones and antibiotics. We receive fresh seafood
several days a week and while we may occasionally stray from our path
to provide the freshest fish that poses the least threat to our environment
and our health, we generally use the guide lines set forth by such organizations
as Seafood Alliance in determining what we should serve. |
